⚔️ The Gulag System

When you die, you're not respawned at spawn. Instead, you're dragged into the Gulag Dungeon—a brutal underground arena where only the strong earn their freedom. You get exactly 3 chances to escape:

• Win a 1v1 duel against another trapped player
• Wait out the Gulag timer if you can survive long enough
• Use an Escape Token if you've managed to scavenge one

Fail all three, and you become just another name etched into the dungeon walls.

💰 Economy & Progression

Despite the chaos, GulagSMP features a full player-driven economy. Team up with allies (temporarily, at least), sell rare items, farm resources, and grind your way to the top of the leaderboard and ranks. The lifesteal mechanic means every kill matters—steal hearts from your enemies to grow stronger, but know that others are hunting you for the same reason.
