Since May 2020, Absolute Vanilla - Anarchy Survival (AVAS) has operated as one of the few Minecraft servers committed to preserving the unmodified chaos of vanilla survival—without anti-cheat, without moderation, and without restrictions on exploits. Every mechanic available in the official Minecraft client remains fully functional here: duping works if it exists in the current release, flight hacks are permitted, and griefing is not just allowed but expected. This is not a server for the faint of heart; it’s a digital frontier where player ingenuity and ruthlessness shape the world.

Unlike most anarchy servers that ban movement cheats or patch vanilla bugs, AVAS embraces them. Built on a proprietary fork of Folia developed entirely in-house, the server maintains stability even under extreme load from high-speed travel and mass entity manipulation. The only plugins running are those essential for uptime and core functionality—no gameplay-altering mods, no pay-to-win perks. Donors receive only cosmetic chat prefixes, preserving the purity of the anarchy experience.

A standout feature is the vote dupe system: players earn points by voting for the server, which can then be spent to duplicate a single stack of the item they’re holding. This mechanic ensures economic continuity during periods when no active vanilla dupe exists, while still requiring engagement with the community through voting. Points are transferable, enabling black markets and barter economies to flourish organically.

The server runs on the latest Minecraft version and supports clients from 1.9 to 1.21.11, though official support begins at 1.20.4. Whether you're using a legacy client or the newest release, you can join the fray.
