Since April 2019, MinedHype.com has hosted a persistent, never-reset survival world rooted in Chicago, Illinois—where over 20,800 players have shaped a sprawling, player-driven landscape without borders or resets. This isn’t just another survival server; it’s a living archive of community-built history stretching back to Minecraft 1.14, now welcoming both Java and Bedrock players through seamless cross-play.

At its core, MinedHype delivers a mostly vanilla experience enhanced by essential quality-of-life plugins: /claim protects your builds with unbreakable GriefPrevention, /rtp teleports you 10,000–25,000 blocks into uncharted territory to discover bees in fresh chunks, and /tpa or /sethome keeps navigation effortless. PvP is opt-in only (/pvp on), ensuring peace unless you seek conflict. There’s no economy, no pay-to-win, no voting—just pure, public survival.

The overworld remains untouched since launch, while the Nether was refreshed for 1.16. A live dynmap lets you explore the vast terrain remotely, and the friendly, active Discord fosters collaboration without gatekeeping.
