About the Server
Founded in 2015 and opened to the public around 2017–2018, Server26 is a small, adult-only (18+) survival multiplayer (SMP) server based in Germany. Its defining promise: a single, permanent world that has never been reset—and never will be. This is a place built for players who want a stable, long-term home in Minecraft, not a fleeting experience.
The server runs on vanilla survival mechanics with one critical addition: grief protection via plugins like GriefPrevention. There are no teleports, no warps—just raw traversal through the Nether to reach the wilderness beyond spawn. What you see at spawn is the organic result of years of player builds, all preserved in a living timeline of the server’s history.
Community culture leans toward autonomy and low pressure. Participation in events or group projects is entirely optional. Whether you're a recluse hermit carving out a hidden base or a social builder contributing to the evolving landscape, you’re welcome. The player base is bilingual (German and English), reflecting its European roots while remaining accessible to international members.
