Java Edition:

Open Minecraft and go to Multiplayer.
Click Add Server.
Enter the Server Address: mc.vortexnetwork.net
Click Done and then Join Server!

Bedrock Edition:

Go to Servers tab.
Add Server with Address: bedrock.vortexnetwork.net
